We don’t just run ads—we engineer growth. As a tight, 6-person team, you’ll get real ownership early, work directly with senior performance leads, and see your work move the needle for live brands. No bureaucracy, plenty of feedback, and lots of learning-by-shipping. 

What you’ll do

  • Support setup, launch, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok (clean structures, naming, budgets, QA).
  • Assist with CRM/email (Klaviyo/Mailchimp): basic flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B tests.
  • Contribute to CRO: light audits, heatmaps/session recordings, and simple landing-page briefs.
  • Draft tight creative briefs for copy/design; share post-launch learnings and next steps.
  • Build simple, insight-first reporting (GA4, platform dashboards, Looker Studio).
  • Track platform updates and propose small, low-risk experiments.

Tooling snapshot: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Looker Studio, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Hotjar, Google Sheets. 

What you’ll bring

  • Solid grasp of performance fundamentals (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, attribution basics).
  • Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and detail-oriented QA habits.
  • Clear written & verbal communication; collaborative with creatives and clients.
  • Curiosity, bias to action, and willingness to learn fast.
  • Languages: Greek & English — professional working proficiency.

Nice to have: Any hands-on exposure to Meta/Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, or Hotjar; a small portfolio (side projects, ad mocks, course mini-cases).

Success in your first 90 days

30 days – Onboard & stabilize

  • Complete onboarding + platform fundamentals; pass our QA checklist on a demo campaign.
  • Assist on 1–2 accounts; ship 1–2 quick wins (i.e UTM hygiene, negatives, audience cleanup, bidding strategy optimisation, landing page improvements etc).
  • Prepare a neat reporting setup. Each week, send a brief update: two learnings, one risk, next actions.

 60 days – Own a small, safe scope (with sign-off)

  • Take ownership of a small budget part (e.g., 1–2 ad sets or one search campaign).  Do weekly optimizations.
  • Run 1 simple test per month (choose audience or creative or keywords/bids). Use our test template and get lead approval before you start.
  • Help with one basic email flow or a simple landing-page brief. Keep your reports clear and on time.

 90 days — Show momentum & reliability

  • Show early improvement in key signals (CTR, CVR on a main segment, or cost vs target) for the work you own.
  • Present a short 5–7 minute case study: goals → what you changed → results → what you learned → what you’ll try next.
    We measure progress, quality, and shipped work—not fixed percentage targets in your first 1–3 months.
  • Targets depend on account baselines; we judge momentum, quality, and shipped impact—not arbitrary % goals in month 1–3.

  • Gross salary range: €1,300–€1,600/month + performance-based bonus.

  • Direct mentorship from founders/performance leads and a clear ladder: Junior → Specialist → Senior (progress based on skill growth, QA pass rate, delivery reliability, experimentation maturity, client comms).

Interview process 

  • Intro call (45–60 min, online) — Meet a hiring owner/lead. Quick fit & skills chat; we align expectations, range, and timelines.
  • Assignment — ~3–4 hours of work; you have up to 5 business days to submit. We assess reasoning, prioritization, and clarity (not polished slides).
  • Deep-dive interview (45–60 min, online) — Walk through the assignment, discuss thought process and past work, Q&A both ways.
  • Decision & feedback — Written update within 10 business days after the deep-dive.
